Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for goods purchased in our webshop. This right of withdrawal applies from the day you receive the item. If you choose to withdraw from a purchase, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are liable for any diminution of the item's value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. You can try the item in the same way as you would in a physical store.

If the item has been handled beyond what is described above, it may result in you only receiving a partial refund upon return, depending on the item's decreased value. It is up to din3dprinter.dk to assess the item's condition upon return.

Right of Complaint (Statutory Warranty)

There is a 2-year right of complaint on products in accordance with Danish legislation. This warranty covers all defects in software, materials, and manufacturing.

Complaints regarding defects and deficiencies must be reported to din3dprinter.dk within a reasonable time after receiving the item. A maximum of two months is considered a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The right to complain lapses in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.
